I found this thirty day squats challenge online, so in the honor of a new year, I’ve decided to start it. I thought the first day would be easy – fifty squats with only bodyweight? Psh!
Holy shit! I think not truly working out for a couple months has left me in bad shape. I don’t know if I’ll be able to walk tomorrow, let alone do fifty-five more squats, but I completed today’s allotment. Definitely looking forward to Day 4 already.
